High Strength
The TP304H tube undergoes solid solution treatment and utilizes a high-carbon austenitic structure, resulting in refined and stable grains. This ensures a tensile strength of ≥515 MPa and reliable performance under high-pressure conditions without deformation.

Strong creep resistance
The high carbon content promotes the formation of a stable carbide network along the grain boundaries, enhancing creep resistance at elevated temperatures. This prevents the product from becoming unstable even during prolonged operation above 600°C, making it well-suited for high-temperature heat exchange applications.

Superior Corrosion Resistance
With high chromium and nickel content, the TP304H stainless steel tube forms a dense passivation layer on its surface through pickling and passivation treatment. This provides excellent resistance to corrosive environments such as steam, water, and acidic gases.
 

Steel tubes should be securely bundled using appropriate binding materials such as steel straps, wire, or non-metallic flexible bands. To prevent damage to the tubes and avoid cutting through the bindings, protective padding should be placed both between the tubes and between the tubes and the binding materials.
