L80 13Cr Casing Pipe is an oil well casing with excellent corrosion resistance, mainly used in oil and gas wells containing corrosive media such as CO₂, weak H₂S, chlorides, etc. It is widely used in oil and gas production projects in moderately acidic to slightly sulfided environments, and is an ideal solution that cannot be replaced by conventional carbon steel pipes.
Advantages
Corrosion resistance
This product is made of 13Cr martensitic stainless steel with a chromium content of about 13%. It shows corrosion resistance far exceeding that of L80-1 conventional carbon steel in environments containing CO₂, weak H₂S and high chloride.
Precision heat treatment process
The product is subjected to temperature-controlled quenching + tempering heat treatment process, strictly controlling the quenching temperature and holding time to ensure grain refinement and uniform structure.
Surface treatment
The outer surface is treated with phosphating or sandblasting to effectively improve the surface roughness and improve the sealing performance of the threaded connection.
