P11 Alloy Steel Pipe is a chromium-molybdenum alloy steel seamless pipe based on ASTM A335 standard. The steel pipe has good high temperature strength, creep resistance and oxidation resistance. It is widely used in high temperature and high pressure piping systems such as power station boilers, petrochemicals, high temperature superheaters and reheaters.

Precision heat treatment process
The standardized normalizing + tempering heat treatment process is used to transform the internal structure of the steel pipe into a stable tempered martensite structure, greatly improving the thermal fatigue life of the material.
Strong corrosion resistance
The surface of the steel pipe is treated with temperature-controlled normalizing and pickling passivation, which effectively improves the oxidation resistance and corrosion resistance of the steel pipe. Even in steam, water vapor or sulfur-containing high-temperature media, it is not easy to cause oxide scale shedding or corrosion cracking.
