P91 Alloy Steel Pipe is a high-strength, heat-resistant and creep-resistant steel pipe based on 9Cr-1Mo-V-Nb alloy system, which complies with international standards such as ASTM A335/P91 and ASME SA335/P91. This product is mainly used in steam pipes, superheaters, reheaters and boiler systems such as nuclear power and thermal power in high temperature and high pressure environments.

Good heat resistance
P91 steel pipe is manufactured under a strictly controlled temperature heat treatment (quenching + tempering) process to ensure its grain refinement and generate uniform carbide precipitation phase, effectively inhibiting grain boundary sliding and oxide layer shedding.
