A333 Gr.3 Steel Pipe is a low temperature seamless steel pipe that meets the requirements of ASTM A333 standard and is suitable for pressure conveying systems in low temperature environments of -45℃. The product is made of refined carbon-manganese alloy steel and has good low temperature toughness and excellent welding performance.

Stable Low-Temperature Toughness
Through precise control of the nickel content between 3.18% and 3.82% and a normalizing heat treatment process, the material maintains an elongation of over 30% at -50°C, preventing low-temperature brittle fracture and making it suitable for cryogenic pressure systems and installations in cold regions.
Stable Yield Properties
After forming, temperature-controlled normalizing treatment, combined with full-process tension straightening and fine-tuning straightening, ensures a stable yield strength of over 240 MPa with a yield deviation within ±10 MPa, meeting the safety requirements of continuous loads in structures under medium pressure.
High-Purity Components
Using an off-furnace refining and vacuum degassing process, phosphorus and sulfur contents are controlled to no more than 0.025%, minimizing the impact of inclusions on the toughness of the weld and heat-affected zones, improving weldability and long-term service stability.
High Forming Consistency
Supports cold-drawn forming with a maximum wall thickness of 50mm. Combined with multi-pass annealing and a fully automated laser thickness measurement system, wall thickness consistency is controlled within ±0.3mm, enhancing stable operation in high-pressure transmission and heat exchange systems.
