S32760 Duplex Stainless Steel Pipe is widely used in high-corrosion and high-strength industrial fields such as petroleum refining, chemical industry, seawater treatment, papermaking, fertilizer, food, and pharmaceuticals due to its excellent duplex austenite-ferrite structure.

Pitting Corrosion Resistance
S32760 is an alloy designed with 24% chromium, 4% molybdenum, and 0.3% nitrogen, and undergoes solution treatment to form a stable passive film. Its Pitting Resistance Equivalent Number (PREN) exceeds 40, making it resistant to pitting and crevice corrosion in high-chloride environments.

 

High Yield Strength
The material's yield strength is ≥550 MPa, more than double that of conventional 304 stainless steel. Controlled rolling and controlled cooling technology creates a 50:50 ferrite/austenite duplex structure, enhancing its pressure-bearing capacity and mechanical strength, making it suitable for high-load systems.

 

Chloride Stress Corrosion Resistance
The ferrite phase ratio is precisely controlled through heat treatment, suppressing intergranular slip and improving the material's resistance to stress corrosion cracking in high-temperature, high-chloride environments. It is particularly suitable for use in critical areas of seawater cooling and chemical chlorination processes.

 

High Processing Adaptability
S32760 boasts an elongation of ≥25%.
